We are actively developing the Car Service & Tours Center, where individuals with autism and foster youth would find a sustainable and meaningful employment. Autism Unites’ employment task force The First Guild (TFG) will provide and oversee staff training based on Autism Unites’ Match-A-Friend model to assure a sustainable employment for everyone.
Individuals with autism will work alongside their specially trained friends/coaches, who in addition of being car service professionals would oversee and guide the service process, assuring the integrity of work and an excellent customer care.
The Coaches will provide daily report to TFG Management, which is delegated to oversee staff training and business management for the Car Service & Tours Center.
