Freddy firsthand, learned about working a plantation, agricultural cycles, tending to animals, and management of a 60 person farming staff. Already on horseback at the age of six, Freddy was immersed in all aspects of ranch life from a very young age.
Following in the footsteps of his father, the Chief of Police in the largest province of the Cusco Region, La Convención Province, Freddy completed military school, following which he attended San Antonio National University in Cusco. There he studied Electrical Engineering, and following, graduated a five year program earning a degree in Economics.
Freddy comes from the area of the Sacred Valley of the Incas near Cusco (the Imperial City of the Incas in Peru). There, he grew up on his family’s agricultural estate specializing in coffee and cocoa.
In 2001, he relocated to California to further develop his business skills and take his vocation to a new level.
Through his own experience, Freddy emphasizes that the right education and training enables significant improvements and innovations to the farming system.
With his expertise, international network of connections and humanitarianism, Freddy is an invaluable member of Adam’s Ranch core development team.
